"Lovely stay"
We stayed for 1 night to visit family in the area. Arrived quite late in the evening, but reception were very welcoming. Beds were extremely comfortable, and facilities clean. We went for the full breakfast which was freshly cooked to order by chef Daryl, provided good vegan options, and arrived hot. Plenty of continental choice too, along with coffee & fresh fruit. Janine served us and she was friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay again in future!

Jannine was an excellent hostess and waitress for us in the restaurant. Receptionist went above and beyond. Premier Inn need to refurbish this hotel. They have forgotten these hard working staff and it's customers.

"Ok stay but nothing more"
I know itâs a Premier Inn but this one felt a bit tired. Scruffy, litter strewn car park (at the rear of the hotel) not very inviting. Room was ok but I had to ask for a desk chair as there wasnât one. Room smelt a bit damp and of stale smoke. Uninviting trading estate location with nothing around other than the adjacent restaurant. In fairness the staff were very pleasant but I wonât be rushing back.

Spend the morning exploring the coastline, strolling along Cleethorpes beach and Pier. Then come back to Grimsby for some lunch and a bit of retail therapy. For the afternoon, why not visit Pleasure Island and the Fishing Heritage centre and then set sail for the hotel, with a lovely meal at our on-site Premier Inn restaurant and a relaxing comfy bed.
