    Bed was comfy. Room was clean and tidy as was bathroom. It had all the facilities I needed. Staff very friendly and helpful.

    I was so impressed with the level of service! Ruth, the lovely lady on reception has been extremely helpful. I noticed an interaction she had with another guest and commented on how skilful she was in her interaction - she could write the book on what brilliant customer service looks like!

    Not the best stay.. There is lots of parking here Receptionist polite friendly and helpful. The room had enough room to move around with a TV and chair. Space to hang clothes and hairdryer in room. The bed although high is very comfy along with the pillows. Bathroom is nice and a good shower the only thing I could fault is the bath is quite high so if your like me small and not very good knees I struggled to get in and out. The food is the restaurant was nice we went for breakfast. Lots of choices..cereal fruit . Full English.Croissants pan au chocolate and muffins The only downside is the room . It is far too hot. It becomes uncomfortable due to the heat. The fan provided doesn't do anything other than blow warm air around.

    Stayed for work, the hotel night receptionist Colin was very polite, helpfull and friendly what an all round nice guy. He's a credit to the Premier inn.

    Hotel description

    From a lovely church in the centre of the town, to a lively arts centre, there's lots to see and do in Grantham. And a stay at Premier Inn Hotel Grantham puts you right at the heart of the town. We're handy if you want to stretch those legs too, with some great walks around the Twin Lakes and in the Lincolnshire countryside. If you'd like something a bit more fast-paced, why not try go-karting at PFI Karting, or watch the races at Newark? The shops at Nottingham are well worth a visit, and Belvoir Castle is a must too. Then come back to the hotel for some lovely food at our Brewers Fayre restaurant, and a warm, comfy bed in your room.
