      "It is what it is."
Decent Premier Inn; nothing special but clean and comfortable beds. Very hot which did impair sleep as there is no air con- we had to sign a disclaimer to say we understood this. The Brewers Fayre across the car park had decent food but was grubby, had miserable staff and long queues. Did its job as a place to sleep but wouldn’t rush to return.
"In need of some TLC and staff morale boost"
We stayed in room 17, the shower rail (where you would normally put your towel) had come off the wall and not been replaced, not the end of the world but would have been nice. The plug in the sink was stuck so the sink wouldn’t drain, reported to reception in the morning and apparently this is an ongoing problem in the that room. After my shower I went to dry my hair and the hairdryer started smoking. The room was clean, the staff were pleasant, the staff on the bar in the evening were pleasant too. Went for breakfast the next morning which is what lets this place down. We paid for a full English which was nice, but there were never any plates or cups available, one customer asked someone for some more cups and was told ‘not right now no’ The staff seem pretty low, one member of staff even told a customer she has had enough. The continental breakfast was terrible, very bare, I’d have been very disappointed if that was what I paid for. I think you need to take care of your staff more and then they will go that extra mile for the customers. Seems like a management issue to me. Usually you know what you are getting with a premier inn but this is definitely the worst I’ve stayed in to date, mainly let down by the restaurant. There is a play area there but is currently out of action, not sure if any plans to replace?
      "Clean, convenient but hot"
Lovely staff , car park needs resurfacing but plenty of parking. Family room nice and big but rooms too hot ! We had 1 fan and window only opened about 2 inches. We had a great breakfast in the Brewers Fayre - kids absolutely loved it . Would recommend
      "A comfortable stay"
I have stayed here a couple of times whilst working in the area. The rooms are clean, tidy and very comfortable and the staff are friendly and polite. There is ample parking around the hotel even if you have a van. I would be more than happy to stay here again.
"Two night is still a lot cheaper than staying in Skegness for one night."
They really need to invest in some summer duvets and air con as it gets very uncomfortable sleeping at night. The room was rather dated and needed some TLC as there was rust on the radiator, towel holder and some faint mould stains on the bathroom ceiling,
