"Beware of different prices if staying longer."
I needed to be close to boston hospital for a couple of nights, I paid £75 each night, I had to extend my stay by 1 day, I asked to keep the room i was currently occupying, I was told i can keep the room and to book online as it would be cheaper.
I expected a cheaper rate as I was already in the room, but I was charged £114 for the same room, nothing extra. I had no choice but to pay it, but I wasn't happy about it

"Just don't book if its warm/hot"
Had 1 night hotel itself in general is good room was clean ample free parking a bonus,but on the night we stayed i do wish I'd booked the travelodge a couple miles away for same price for simple fact travelodge had a/c ,as our room was incredibly warm i dont think i slept 2 hours already 2 fans didn't help much so at 1am I went to reception & got a 3rd fan from sam who is a credit to premierinn his customer service skills are spot on he gave me ice cold water bottles , I was looking forward to nice cooked buffet breakfast right next door unfortunately we picked the day that the brewers fayre had ripped out their kitchen as there closing down soon but they gave us a free continental breakfast as goodwill gesture which was lovely, just don't book here if its a warm/hot day as u will be sleeping in a sauna room

"Never answer the Phone"
Impossible to get in touch by phone I started ringing from 1430 and still trying to get InTouch and it is now 1900 hours and still no answer.as I could not get InTouch I have now booked with another Hotel chain that answers the phone .

Lovely clean room , very comfy bed . Reception staff very helpful. We visited on site pub for drinks ,food good .
They had a fan in room which was great.
