"Great hotel"
It is a brilliant hotel. Clean, with parking right outside. I had a great breakfast. Lovely kind staff! Thank you very much.

"Clean with Friendly Staff"
Upon arrival, it was a swift check-in and a smiling face at the front desk. The receptionist at the time was extremely informative and friendly and it gave off an extremely nice vibe. She booked our dinner and breakfast reservation and we headed off to our room. We were on the ground floor and the room was extremely spacious and very clean - perfect for our one night stay.
We upgraded to the dinner bed and breakfast package and it was worth every penny – the food on both occasions was fantastic as were the service staff in the restaurant
The next morning as I head out for my morning coffee to enjoy the early sunrise – there was a gentleman from the night shift who greeted me in a pleasant manner as well as the morning receptionist, Gail.
As we were looking to move to the local area from South Kent, Gail was very helpful with informing me about the local area and what it has to offer. Taking the time to give a guest a personalised service is extremely important for any hotel. As busy as she was with her job duties, she could not be more helpful and kind.
Overall, our one night stay was absolutely fantastic and if we ever return for a second visit that will be our destination spot.

"No one around on arrival"
BOSTON- After a 6 hour drive.
This is no reflection on the staff members am and pm. But to have only one staff member around and they are expected to check travelers in as well as service rooms. Cost cutting at its best. This was the reason for our low score. We stay here in Boston regularly over many years visiting family. The change in staff readiness and availability is noticeable. Like I say, it’s not the staff, it’s the lack off. I’m sure they do the very best they can.

"Excellent service, needs a refurbishment"
This place is in dire need of a refurbishment. It's always clean, the cleaners must work really hard to keep on top of it but it needs redecorating in the communal areas and the car park just looks like a selection of pot holes. Staff are outstanding but given how busy this is, it needs investment.

"Friendly and helpful staff."
I arrived at the hotel tired, after a very long ride. Rachel was really helpful, and of her own volition, swapped my room to a ground floor, to make getting my bike in, much easier. There was a slight issue with the power in my room, but Rachel and her manager swiftly sorted. Lovely friendly, and helpful staff, who just couldn’t do enough to look after me. Thank you.
