Loughborough hotel

Stayed here over the bank holiday weekend. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, Sandra and Karen on check in was very helpful. Rooms very clean and had a good night's sleep. Breakfast in the morning was worth the money 😊 Thankyou Premier Inn Loughborough, will look forward to my next stay in the future

Breakfast was great , staff was great can not fault the place

Not a great experience, the rooms could do with a good clean. Carpet needs washing or replacing, bathroom has lots of limescale, shower gel broken and wasn't replaced even when asked. Amenities weren't replenished, 2 of our rooms didn't have any coffee or biscuits. Checkin took 20 minutes. Staff were scruffy, one had long hair down when serving food, his shirt was dirty on both days, dirty hands. We asked for extra bedding as my sons didn't want to share a bed. The staff said they didn't have extra as its all allocated, we questioned what would happen if there was a spillage, they said we would have to put up with it. We ended up buying extra blankets.

Nice room, convenient yet quiet location. The main downside was the difficulty of requesting a room clean. Rooms are not cleaned, unless you specifically request this at reception. Unfortunately, each morning I was in a hurry and there was nobody on the reception desk to ask. There ought to be a much easier way of requesting your room be cleaned, as some guests may be either too busy or too shy to approach reception for this.

Tamara, Gytis & Brian are part of a much larger brilliant team here! Very efficient, always available to help & all have a great sense of humour! (Highchair & crayons)! ;-) I use this hotel regularly for business purposes, they take pride. They remember your favourite dinner booking times & reserve your preferred table without being asked… this to me makes it feel like a little home from home, perfect! Thanks guys!!
