The service at this hotel is amazing everyone is so attentive and ready to help in what ever way they can. I didn't catch the name of the young man that helped me later on in the evening and went out of his way to help me get to my room. The rooms and are extremely clean and even with early check in nothing was missed. The location of the hotel is just right outside of town centre, I was able to explore and easily get to and back from the train station. I want to give a huge thank you to the ladies in the morning team (sandra / sue / karen) for making me feel welcome each morning even though the reason I was staying wasn't the most pleasant. The breakfast was the standard buffet selection but the poached eggs that I asked for was the cherry on top.
Overall stay 10/10 would be looking forward to staying here agai.

"Perfect stay"
I have stayed at this hotel a number of times now and the reason I always book this Premier Inn when staying in Loughborough is because of the friendly and warm staff. They are always attentive and nothing is ever too much.
Rooms are always spotlessly clean and my recent stay on the 4th floor, I had a peaceful night's sleep without being disturbed by other guests or noises outside the hotel.
Breakfast in the morning was lovely and always worth the money when you're greeted by the friendly and hardworking staff. The food is replenished quickly.
Looking forward to stopping here again before Christmas đ

Been here a few times for breakfast. All the staff are really friendly.
Itâs always very busy at the weekend so if youâre more than 4 I would pre book.
Food is fresh and well presented.
Very good value for money , and fills you up for the day.
Will definitely go back

Be advised there is no parking onsite, there is a multistorey opposite at ÂŁ7 a day. When we took the lift to our room there was a smell of cigarettes. Our room was okay had everything you needed. I don't think it's hygienic to place mugs straight on a surface with no cover/coaster. You can top up your tea/coffee supplies by reception. Slept well. Floorboards in the room made a nice and wet could hear the same in the room above us. The bar area is small and the seating is too low. The restaurant ran out of some items. Food was average. The sausages at breakfast were of poor quality. We got the meal day which was better value.
