Loughborough hotel

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times now and the reason I always book this Premier Inn when staying in Loughborough is because of the friendly and warm staff. They are always attentive and nothing is ever too much. Rooms are always spotlessly clean and my recent stay on the 4th floor, I had a peaceful night's sleep without being disturbed by other guests or noises outside the hotel. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and always worth the money when you're greeted by the friendly and hardworking staff. The food is replenished quickly. Looking forward to stopping here again before Christmas 😊

Been here a few times for breakfast. All the staff are really friendly. It’s always very busy at the weekend so if you’re more than 4 I would pre book. Food is fresh and well presented. Very good value for money , and fills you up for the day. Will definitely go back

Be advised there is no parking onsite, there is a multistorey opposite at £7 a day. When we took the lift to our room there was a smell of cigarettes. Our room was okay had everything you needed. I don't think it's hygienic to place mugs straight on a surface with no cover/coaster. You can top up your tea/coffee supplies by reception. Slept well. Floorboards in the room made a nice and wet could hear the same in the room above us. The bar area is small and the seating is too low. The restaurant ran out of some items. Food was average. The sausages at breakfast were of poor quality. We got the meal day which was better value.

Came here for work. Wished I hadn't. Tired, out of date PM in noisy town centre location, no onsite parking. You have to use a d pay for town centre parking, which is inconvenient when you have stuff to carry.

Booked a Family room for the weekend, price was £107. Room was very clean, shower / bath area spotless, coffee and tea making facilities were in the room 2 coffee sachets, 2 tea bags and 4 small plastic milk sachets along with sugar and sweeteners. The room had 1x King double and one single. Linen was perfect, the beds comfy and the duvets nice and warm. The hotel was quiet , apart from some noise in the morning around 0700. Rooms have heating but not sure about Air con. The TV was a freeview, but didn't have a channel guide. None of us could get any mobile signal inside the Hotel, so we used the free WiFi which was excellent. My only bugbear was the parking. There is no on site parking for this hotel, there is, however a small Car park adjacent which accepts cash and is £7 for 24 hours. Getting a space is difficult, so if using this car park it's best to park the car and if possible leave it there. There's also a Multi Storey across the road (Beehive Lane) but I've no idea on the cost of that. There are also only a few plug sockets in the room, and only one socket against the wall where the beds are. Water pressure in the shower is ok, bot particularly strong and it's a "rain" shower. Shower gel and shampoo are provided in dispensers in the bathroom, along with 3 bath towels and 1 smaller towel. Room has a hair dryer as well. Town centre is a few minutes walk which has numerous pubs, shops and cafes.
