Loughborough hotel

We had such a lovely afternoon at the restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed every part of our visit. Patryk looked after our table and was incredibly friendly, patient and professional. We took our time deciding on our drinks and dessert, and he never made us feel rushed. He checked on us a few times with a genuine smile and made us feel very welcome throughout our meal. I also have to mention the dessert prepared by Brian. I chose the cheesecake and it was absolutely delicious – beautifully presented, perfectly balanced and honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time. To top it all off, Darcy made us some fantastic drinks. They were perfectly mixed and really completed the whole experience. The food, drinks and warm atmosphere made this a memorable visit. Thank you to the whole team – we’ll definitely be back and would happily recommend this place to anyone who wants have prefect time.

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel restaurant and would like to say a big thank you to the wonderful staff who looked after us so well. A special mention goes to Patryk, who served our table. He was very friendly, professional and attentive throughout our visit, making us feel truly welcome and well looked after. Thank you also to Darcy, who prepared a perfect Aperol Spritz — it was delicious, refreshing and beautifully made. And a special thank you to Brian, who prepared a brownie with ice cream for me. It was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented and the perfect way to end the meal. The whole team created such a warm and pleasant atmosphere. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily recommend this restaurant to others. We will definitely be back!

We came into the Loughborough premier inn for some deserts, we got greated with a high level of proffesionalism which is rare in hotels nowadays, we got greated by Patryk, which he did also serve us at the table, Darcy has managed to do a check up on us and was just genuinely all around smiley and Very nice and professional, the deserts were plated beatufilly by Brian, which they also tasted amazing, all around a great expirence, and i will most defiently be recommending the Loughborough premier inn in the future to anyone who is in the area!

All the staff were really lovely and fantastic. Tamara, Gytis, Darcy, Sophie, Karen, Rebecca, Sandra, Daneielle, Virginija, Patryk, Kobi, and Brian are all amazing. Gytis in particular took really great care of us. The food is excellent. The breakfast is a wonderful full English and the pastries are nice and fresh. For supper the pizza and linguini were really delicious and the chocolate brownie is great for dessert. The housekeeping staff are fantastic the rooms are comfortable and clean.

Arrived in the afternoon the duty managers Tamara and Gytis were very helpful and informative. We stayed for dinner the food was very good and staff were friendly. The rooms were as expected from a premier inn. Once again a big shout out to the duty managers who to be honest seemed to be doing most of the work on a Wednesday evening.
