"Lovely lady on reception, couldn't do enough"
Upon arriving to my room the bed was not made and duvet left with no duvet cover on, clearly the housekeeper had not done their job, however after speaking with the lovely lady on reception Esther, she could't be more apologetic, and rectified the issue with the bed in no time, Such a lovely lady and was generally shocked the bed would have been left like this. Can't fault how the issue was dealt with.

"Top Drawer stay and Staff"
Our room was brilliant for our disability point of view. Spotlessly clean. Low profile bed. Sadly the room above had a child or children jumping up and down around well past 10pm which impacted my wife on the first night both of us on night 2. Gent on reception took it on board and would go to that room.
We understand children can be disruptive having 5 children and 20+ grand and great grandchildren between us. Perhaps families go on the group floor especially any children with special needs, just a thought but does not detract from my scoring
Massive shout out to Esther and Zoe. So very helpful, responsive, warm and consummate professionals.
Esther was on point to help my wife on arrival as I have always organised stays, wifi and meals. Not able this time as was in Glenfield Hospital for cancer surgery.
Was let out of hospital earlier than expected after the operation and Zoe just took it all in her stride the next morning including change of circumstances with us cutting short our stay.
Total respect ladies and thank you xxxx

"Room 117 stains everywhere!"
Have stayed here before without any real issues. However this time I stayed in room 117 and oh my I do not know what people who have stayed in they previously have done. I am hoping it was chocolate that was everywhere. Sadly the hotel doesn't care if guests make their rooms a mess or stain the furniture and they don't bother to replace or clean. Stains on the carpet, curtains, back of the chair, sofa bed, left hand side of the bed. Then usual poor state of the walls in the bathroom , and this time the stained shower floor, and broken and very dirty air vent. The corridors were dirty, litter and looked like haven't been cleaned for days. I know it's a 3 star hotel, but these are basics that they are failing at. Premier Inn, check you rooms and sort this out if people mess up your furniture.
