      "Poor and unhappy experience"
      We had a very disappointing experience at Premier Inn. After checking out, we were wrongly charged for breakfast, which we did not have. This meant having to waste time contacting customer service to get the money refunded back to our account – something that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. The room itself was far from comfortable. It was unbearably hot, making it incredibly difficult to sleep. The quality of the room was poor, with tired, neglected interiors that clearly need updating. The bathroom was so small it could barely fit one person at a time, and the layout made it awkward to use. To make things worse, the shower constantly flooded the bathroom floor. Overall, it felt like a budget experience at a price that definitely didn’t reflect the quality. Would not recommend and won’t be staying again. On a positive note staff were polite and friendly.
      "Poor breakfast spoilt the stay."
      Fourth time i have stayed here , got a refund last time due to the substandard breakfast . This time i was told on reception that the quality of the food next door was the cause of most of their complaints . Sadly i had already paid for breakfast and the quality had not improved, Sticky tables , the waitres who was wiping the tables only wiped the top's and nor around the edges . I am sure that a monkey could be trained to cook better egg's , bacon and sausage. For my £10 i ate scrambled egg and a few timy button mushrooms and a cup of tea and a small yogurt. Next time i will not be booking in at this Premier Inn.

      I had a great experience during my stay, the whole place from the moment I walked in was spotless including my room. I want to especially thank Celine Palmer for her amazing service. Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day and she reminded me that it was included in my stay! What a legend. I would definitely stay again.
      "Outstanding Customer Service On Many Levels"
      Outstanding Service from Callum - A True Asset to Premier Inn I just wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional customer service I received from Callum during my recent stay at Premier Inn North West Leicester. From the moment I arrived, Callum was incredibly helpful, polite, and what really stood out was his genuine interest not only in making sure I was looked after, but also in having a proper conversation about our respective work lives. We even shared a few funny work stories, which gave the whole check-in experience a more personal and friendly touch something you don’t always get in hospitality these days. Callum also took the time to promote current Premier Inn promotions, including the upcoming 20% off deal in July, which I hadn’t known about. It’s clear he knows the brand inside out and wants guests to get the most out of their stay. On top of that, with the weather being extremely hot, he was proactive in offering advice about staying hydrated and comfortable, which was thoughtful and much appreciated. What really topped it all off was Callum’s mention of the Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children charity initiative. Thanks to him, I was able to support a great cause and even take home a lovely teddy bear for my wife, which will put a big smile on her face! I’ve stayed at this particular Premier Inn seven times now, and it’s easily my favourite when working in or around Leicester. Callum’s brilliant service is a big reason why I keep coming back. He’s a credit to the team and to Premier Inn as a whole. Thank you again, Callum you really made my stay!
      "Great Hotel"
      Had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn! The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, with a super cozy bed and blackout curtains that made for a great night’s sleep. Staff were friendly and efficient, and check-in was quick and easy. Great value and a convenient location — would definitely stay again!
