Leicester North West hotel

Had great greeting from the receptionist Zoe who answered all our questions and gave us advice on where to get a nice evening meal from room was clean and comfy all staff were very helpful 😘 would stay here again

Nice quiet location, spotlessly clean, however, shower (in the extremely tiny bathroom) runs onto bathroom floor. Had breakfast in the pub next door but not premier inn standard unfortunately! On arrival we waited for a long time before being greeted, but not very welcoming! Eggs look like they had been there for hours (completely hard boiled and plastic), sausages under cooked, bacon only just warm, over cooked and dripping in fat! Toaster didn’t want to toast, just warms up the bread until it goes hard.

Although the stay was a very good price, it was clear that it was cheap for a reason. Check in staff weren’t friendly and overall quality of the room was poor. Our shower didn’t drain and this was reported on day 1 of our stay. We were told this was fixed but the issue persisted and shower over spilled onto the bathroom floor every time it was used. Despite putting the notice on our door to clean the room, this wasn’t done even after we requested this at reception.

Had a really enjoyable stay at the Premier Inn Leicester North West. The whole experience was easy and hassle-free from arrival to leaving. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely presented, and the bed was really comfortable — which is probably the most important thing when staying at a hotel! We had a great night's sleep and the hotel was nice and quiet. The staff were also excellent. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, polite and helpful, and they made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location is convenient for getting around Leicester and the surrounding area, and having parking available was a real bonus too. Overall, I can't really fault the stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff and a convenient location. Exactly what you want from a Premier Inn. Would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Leicester. 5 stars from me!

Stayed one night during a business trip to Leicester. I asked beforehand for a ground floor room due to accessibility needs and that was all sorted when we arrived. The room was spacious and comfy and we slept well. The lady at reception offered us free snacks and wifi too, which was very much appreciated after a very long day. The only negative comment I have is about the toilet - it needed flushing 2-3 times to empty, so the pressure was poor. This was not the case with the shower!
