"Great stay – would definitely return"
Had a really enjoyable stay at the Premier Inn Leicester North West. The whole experience was easy and hassle-free from arrival to leaving.
The room was clean, comfortable and nicely presented, and the bed was really comfortable — which is probably the most important thing when staying at a hotel! We had a great night's sleep and the hotel was nice and quiet.
The staff were also excellent. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, polite and helpful, and they made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
The location is convenient for getting around Leicester and the surrounding area, and having parking available was a real bonus too.
Overall, I can't really fault the stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff and a convenient location. Exactly what you want from a Premier Inn.
Would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Leicester. 5 stars from me!

Stayed one night during a business trip to Leicester. I asked beforehand for a ground floor room due to accessibility needs and that was all sorted when we arrived. The room was spacious and comfy and we slept well. The lady at reception offered us free snacks and wifi too, which was very much appreciated after a very long day.
The only negative comment I have is about the toilet - it needed flushing 2-3 times to empty, so the pressure was poor. This was not the case with the shower!

Very happy to have brought my autistic daughter here. From the moment we arrived, she felt so safe, comfortable and welcomed, which meant so much to us. It’s lovely to find somewhere where she can feel completely at ease and enjoy her experience. We will definitely be coming back again! ❤️Ps, maybe more teas and coffees in the rooms.

Bedroom, no chair at the desk
Breakfast, no greeting, dirt tables with plates still on, food sat arund for ages and not edible.

Very welcoming member of staff on reception despite us being the last arrivals quite late into the evening. Otherwise straightforward Premier Inn experience.
Points to note
- due to higher outside temperatures, cooling room provided difficult due to barely any output from "air con" unit & being only able to slightly open the window. A fan in the room provided slight respite (corridor was cooler than the room).
- shower head was of the rainfall type with low output
