"Disappointed"
Having previously stayed here with no issues was disappointed with recent visit. Heating/AC facility in room was very noisy which resulted in very little sleep. Disappointed with water flow from shower.
Would have mentioned these issues to staff during checkout, unfortunately not able to locate any staff

"Avoid during hot weather"
Do not come here during heatwave.
Booked several days during the hot weather. There was a fan provided however it was just blowing hot air around. The windows barely open, and the building retains the heat. It was almost 32 degrees at night! Because of this, we asked to move but we're told all rooms were booked. The receptionist kindly offered his frozen pack but this had melted within the space of 15 minutes. It was unbearable. We decided to check out and move immediately. Due to this, it was early am hours, and had been told a refund couldn't be issued at the desk. We have still yet to be refunded!!! Have rang the hotel several times as well as submitting a complaint and still nothing. Understandably nothing can be done about the weather, but service was terrible. I am pregnant, lost a significant amount of money, and ended up having to sleep in the car for the night while we had to find alternative accomodation. Normally no issues with premier inn, but this really put me off.

Celine was great! Very professional and even asked about my journey which was nice! Free cocktails on arrival as well so definitely a bonus and 1 very well enjoyed! Will definitely be booking again!
