      "My stay at Leicester (Forest east)"
      Only issue we had on our stay was with the service when we order breakfast on the Saturday morning. Had to order breakfast twice and both times it was wrong and then the waiter argued with us because he was convinced he was right and we were wrong, even tho what we got was no were near what we actually order. On the Sunday we had a lady called Julie servicing us for breakfast and she made up for it with a very friendly attitude and she also got our order right first time. Everything else was good no issues with even meals or the rooms and the rest of the staff were very friendly

      We are so happy we chose here, Leicester Forest East Premier Inn, it is always welcoming, clean, tidy, comfortable and the breakfast was banging. To top it off we had the dream team of Emma and Daniel looking after us, it was the 20th / 21st June 2025.

      Easy and Quick check in and super friendly staff. Nothing was too much they went above and beyond. Fish and chips were very nice and wasn’t a long wait. Can never fault this premier inn.. will be back again for sure.. girls in the restaurant were great Emma, Sharna and Adrianna I believe.

      Amazing service from Kasia B . Absolutely lovely, so friendly! The food was very nice! Would definitely recommend coming here. Will definitely be coming back with friends and family. Such a clean and friendly environment!! I have seen her many times when i come here and she always has a smile on her face!

      I came here for a pint of Madri and was served by a chap called Jas, he was more than happy to help, service with a smile goes a long way 👍🏼 well done Jas. Even though he hasn't been there long, he definitely knows his stuff. Absolutely fantastic service, definitely coming back.
