"Premier by name, premier by stay."
Our stay at Premier Inn was our first and so we didn't know what to expext but we didn't need to worry. Our stay was brilliant from start to finish with very friendly helpfull staff, wonderful evening meal and breakfast next morning and a nice comfortable room. We were made to feel at home and as a result we will definately be booking again.

"over night stay"
premier inn leicester forest east. average rooms, avoid room 133 bed is very uncomfortable. avoid breakfast eat elsewhere as we sent ours back twice due to undercooked food and almost cold. all in all OK for a nights stop but nothing rearly else to say. Emma the duty manager deserves a pay rise and a medal. she was excellent in refunding our breakfast.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Forest East Premier Inn. Clean, comfortable rooms, pleasant, helpful staff (especially Aiva, who was so courteous and went above and beyond to help us) and a good selection of well-cooked foods.
