Nothing to shout about.
Average stay.
Once I checked out & needed to use the toilet, there were no facilities.
I was asked to go over to the pub to use the toilet.
Bit shabby really!

Quiet hotel with good parking. We had a bathtub in our room which was nice. The wifi is the weakest point - seems very slow and this slows down web browsing almost to an unusable level.
It isn't the easiest to find as the road access seems to be behind a small housing estate.

Amazing team
I've spent a good 4 months in total this year,im in Leicester for medical reasons, and have nothing but praise for the team as a whole, I've never felt so at home at a hotel,this lot are like family to me now.
They are always on top to make sure I get what I need amd more.
The kitchen crew are amazing, Wendy is the most attentive person u could possibly meet,always there for whatever u might need,and will go beyond her duties to make sure you feel at home.
Indi(chef)amazing guy,polite as they come,always seeing to his customers with a smile and totally professional in what he does.
Cleaners are amazing too,hard working and always smiling
Receptionists and manager, again amazing, attentive,polite,educated and always there to make sure u get what u need. In summary an amazing crew of professionals all round.
I highly recommend this place to anyone travelling in the area.
Top draw staff all round,its like home away from home

We had a couple of night's stay. The bedroom was tidy and the beds were very comfy, and we couldn't fault the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Reception were helpful when dealing with my request for an iron and ironing board.
Indi, the chef, provided the best breakfasts we've ever had at a Premier hotel.
He always had a smile on his face, provided us with fried eggs on request, and then brought them over to us. The black pudding was excellent.
