"Overall a good experience"
Location was excellent, staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. My room was everything that I needed for my stay. Cleaning the room was disappointing, as coming back to the room, looked the same as I left it apart from the rubbish being taken out of the bin.
As regards value, having booked my stay, got confirmation plus breakdown of charges for each night. Not happy about the cost as two nights were reasonable, but the other two nights were double the price.

"Premier Rip Off"
Once again after a long drive I was charged £15 to enter a ready room thirty minutes before 3PM. The receptionist although having and accepting she had the discretion as to whether she charged was intent on charging. Is she on a commission?
I was unwell and needed to take my medication so had no choice but to pay her fee.
I had paid for the room, it was ready, so why the additional charge?

"Favourite place to stay!"
my partner and I are long distance, so we stay in hotels together quite a lot. this specific one was by far my favourite. the location is quiet and peaceful. double standard room had more than enough space for me and my partner.
the bathroom was very nice, every room was clean. the staff were all very friendly. the only slight downside was that the wifi and phone signal wasn’t the best, but other than that, everything was great! :)

"Happy stay at the Leicester Central Premier Inn"
We recently stayed at the Leicester Central Premier Inn and had an excellent experience from start to finish. All the staff were friendly, efficient, and consistently helpful, even during what was clearly a very busy weekend.
The breakfast was superb — plentiful, fresh, and with a great variety to choose from. I noticed the lady in front of me had ordered a vegan breakfast. The chef was very helpful.
The bedroom was comfortable and well kept, and my wife, who is usually a very fussy sleeper, slept like a log, which says everything about the quality of the room and the bed.
There was an Indian wedding party staying at the hotel at the same time, which made the place lively and full of joy. Despite the extra energy in the hotel, the staff handled everything brilliantly, keeping the atmosphere positive and everybody happy.
The lasting memory is that everybody was happy and smiling all weekend.
Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return, and will be using Premier Inn hotels elsewhere.
