"Excellent customer and comfortable nights sleep"
I stupidly booked the wrong date, only staying in hotel while I help my father in law whole lives a few mins away, downsize.
Went to reception was served by Agata who was very understanding and was able to change my booking. She was polite and helpful. And I was very lucky to have been able to have my book g changed. The hotel itself is clean, not dusty and enough facilities for a 3 star. Highly recommend

"Kindness in bereavement"
My brother and I recently stayed for two nights (23 & 24 July) and met with extended family while there for a meal. We were getting together over a bereavement and found all staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. In particular, the following staff members we had regular interaction with and their kindness and help were very much appreciated: Jasleen, Jordan, Nadine and John. Many thanks

"Great staff and comfy beds"
We met up with family following a bereavement and the staff were lovely and accommodating. The receptionists John and Sharon made check in and out easy. Asleep was super friendly at breakfast. Nadine was amazing in the restaurant and behind the bar. Jordan did great in the kitchen and Sam and Neva were brilliant in housekeeping as the rooms were clean and comfortable.
