    "Disappointing!"
    Having used this hotel on a regular basis, I am quite used to it not being one of the better Premier Inns - it certainly could be doing with an upgrade and doesn't compete with a Premier Plus. However, this proved to be one of the worst stays I have had. The weather was very hot and the room temperature was unbearable. Despite providing us with a fan, it wasn't strong enough to make any different. The water pressure in the over-bath shower was intermittent which made the temperature run between hot and cold. There was also water in the body wash holder (not shower gel). Not our best stay!

    My husband and I stayed at the Leicester Braunston Premier Inn on the nights of the 1st and 2nd August. On the 2nd August we went for breakfast at the Observatory Restaurant. We arrived at the desk and Zoe greeted us with a smile.. It immediately became apparent that she was in charge of an extremely busy restaurant, She was meeting everyone, cleaning the tables, looking after the food, in fact was running the whole restaurant with NO help, with a smile. Her efficiency was quite exceptional.

    I have visited premier inn Braunstone for work . I would just like to say me and my colleague received excellent customer service from leanna in the restaurant/ bar . Polite and friendly service with a smile . Coming back asking if everything is OK with our meals .

    Comfortable bed. Plenty of space in the room. Clean. Bathroom clean. Warm and powerful shower. Receptionist was friendly and thoughtful. Offered to tailor needs as required.
