"Friendly comfortable and welcoming"
I use Premier inn often as a business customer, however this time was for a sad occasion of a family funeral. After a long lonely journey, I arrived at midnight.
It was so comforting to be greeted by a smiling, warm and polite member of staff on reception.

"Best Premier Inn Experience Ever"
Lots of parking, I arrived and was greeted instantly with a warm welcome. I had booked this hotel for 30 or so team members, most of whom ate at the restaurant. Not a single issue or problem. Service across the hotel was excellent, made to feel very welcome. I’ve stayed in many hotels due to my job and this is by far the best service I’ve ever received. Room excellent and clean, food very good. Thank you Emma and team

"Another 5 star stopover stay."
Great stay as usual.
Great clean hotel, well placed close to the M1 for an overnight stopover between the south coast and Yorkshire.
As always, the team are professional, knowledge and give a great welcome throughout our stay.
Room spotlessly clean and had everything my son and I needed for our overnight stop.
Didn't use the restaurant in the evening as prefer the whitbread branded restaurants like beefeater, rather than the in house hotel ones, so ate elsewhere beforehand, but had a really good breakfast at the hotel and highly recommend the restaurant for breakfast.

"Excellent room and fab cocktails"
Fantastic hotel, plenty of parking and super friendly staff. We had a drink in the pub which was nice with some great cocktails on offer. Our room was clean and bed was comfy. Couldn’t really ask for more.

"Excellent hotel"
Excellent hotel, from beginning to end. Loads of parking, clean,tidy hotel. We didn't have food this time as partying all weekend, but we have eaten here in the past, always have Excellent service, variety of drinks on a night too are great. We've stayed here a numerous times always been excellent. Stayed in both family rooms and double room both very comfortable.
