"Disappointed"
Do not book! Dirty, showers didn't work, kettle not usable. Room smelt and furniture missing!
The attached Brewers fayre was extremely disappointing, dirty, sticky tables and grumpy staff.

"Parking fines."
After having a good four days at the Hinckley Premier i later received three traffic violations for parking at the hotel which clearly states that it is free parking.
So for every day you stay and park there you will have to add £35 extra for each day.
I have sent two emails and they have not replied to either of them.
They don’t want to know, the customer after service is diabolical and someone needs some serious management training as far as customers are concerned.

"Hinckley is the best for me!"
Hinckley location and the team there so lovely and always welcoming. Which is why I choose this hotel when in the area. Ellis, Keira, Clare and Ian are such great people to see and always make my stay special. They understand my sentimental attachment to Hinckley and always take time to ask how I doing. A fab team and a shining example of kind compassionate customer service

"DUCK FOOD"
Although we enjoy our stay at Premier Inn Hinckley Leicestershire, we have got one gripe.......Why are they selling bags of breakfast cereal at reception as duck food, £1 a bag .......This is NOT duck food , and very bad for ducks in general !!! .....Is it just a way of using up old cereal and making a profit ? .....Not impressed
