"Beware"
First the first room. I was given smelt as the windows wouldnt open. The room seven carpet was stained and smelt and large bed uncomfortable. In the end we left a day early as we'd had enough.
Plus I think your customers should be aware off the brew fayre nightmare no staff. Most pumps empty. It was a joke especially to see 100 guessed on Thursday and two staff one being pregnant. If I new it was being sold off I never booked. I feel having to pay high prices for some drinks as you run out and the above.

"Decent hotel, restaurant needs to up its game"
Hotel comfortable although ageing, but good value for money. Attached restaurant, Chef and Brewer, really needs to improve a lot. Hotel reception sold me the dinner and breakfast deal but I wish I had gone somewhere else to eat for both meals. Nearly half of the beer options were not available for dinner; my first course was presented without any sort of garnish, just slapped on a bare plate; two dinner options were unavailable. At breakfast the all important coffee machine was not working. Only instant coffee available. However, staff were courteous and friendly and service was quick. The issues seem to be management problems

"An excellent place to stay"
Staff were friendly and welcoming.
The room was clean, comfortable with a/c and heating as required. The bed was extremely comfortable, good blackout curtains and very quiet both inside and outside.
There was free wifi and Freeview TV, tea and coffee facilities
The ensuite bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water and there was a hairdryer.
The restaurant was a very short distance away offering unlimited breakfast for £9.99. Lunch and dinner was also good value and the restaurant staff were obliging and helpful. There was ample parking for guests.

"Best Midlands location and the best Premier Team by far!"
Premier Inn Hinckley is a strategic gem between Coventry and Leicester. Strategically placed for key trunk routes.
The hotel is also close to the town centre and a number of takeaway outlets are also nearby.
The staff have always looked after us and it's always been a pleasure (and a good laugh) to see them all.
The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and the location is quiet and peaceful (also near to a canal waterway).
The staff have always been helpful and accommodating.
Thanks for the team that looked after us this time -
Claire, Karen, Ian, Kiera, Amelia, Elliott, Charlotte and Julie. You're all legends! A pleasure to see you all for the third visit in successive years.
Priceless.
