"Tired hotel poor bed"
Very tired room booked a double got family room, was looking forward to nice big bed as had before at Premier inns not big bed dont think Lenny Henry would of approved, room needs upgrade as does other parts of hotel, staff very friendly, toilet roll not on roll individual sheets, shower gel like water would consider travel lodge in future for a stay like this, only booked this as stop over travelling from Yorkshire to Cotswolds

Brilliant experience from start to finish, staff were very warm and welcoming, Karen helped us and was brilliant very attentive to our needs and so polite, will certainly stay again if we are ever down this way!

This was our first visit to the Premier Inn in Hinckley and I must say I was very impressed. The staff were fantastic on our first day we encountered a lovely man called Ellis. He was brilliant. Our room was very clean and very spacious. We had a family room two adults, two children and one baby the hotel was quiet and it was perfect for us especially the air-conditioning that was a godsend. during the heat wave for us. The restaurant is over the road at Brewers Fayre she’s literally a 30 second walk where there is good deals for Premier Inn residence I really recommend people visit this Premier Inn.
