Brilliant experience from start to finish, staff were very warm and welcoming, Karen helped us and was brilliant very attentive to our needs and so polite, will certainly stay again if we are ever down this way!

This was our first visit to the Premier Inn in Hinckley and I must say I was very impressed. The staff were fantastic on our first day we encountered a lovely man called Ellis. He was brilliant. Our room was very clean and very spacious. We had a family room two adults, two children and one baby the hotel was quiet and it was perfect for us especially the air-conditioning that was a godsend. during the heat wave for us. The restaurant is over the road at Brewers Fayre she’s literally a 30 second walk where there is good deals for Premier Inn residence I really recommend people visit this Premier Inn.

"The best premier inn"
We had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Hinckley Marina. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the room was comfortable and quiet, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations.
A special mention has to go to Keira, who was absolutely brilliant. Her professionalism, warm personality, and exceptional customer service really stood out. She made me feel genuinely valued as a guest and is a real credit to the Premier Inn team. Nothing was too much trouble, and she always had a smile on her face.
I would highly recommend Premier Inn Hinckley Marina to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thanks again to Keira and the whole team for such an excellent experience
