"Polite and professional"
The experience was amazing from the very beginning. When I called to make some changes to my booking, I spoke with the manager, Martin, at reception. He was extremely polite and gave us excellent attention, along with a clear explanation about the hotel and its services. The only complaint we had is that the room wasn’t cleaned on the first night, even after we requested it at reception. Overall, we had a great stay. The environment is welcoming, the price is fair, and we would definitely recommend it and come back again.

We've been before and came back. It is completely what we expected, it works. A particular mention to Martin on reception and Emily in the restaurant- both were exceptional and provided excellent service.

We stopped here for 1 night before going to Greece, what a lovely start to the holiday, friendly helpful staff, had a meal in the lovely restaurant, great food. Thank you.
"Room ok food below par"
Room great , girl on reception great , Food : lots of items missing off the menu , wife ordered potato dippers , when it arrived it was a plate of anemic oven chips with bacon and a few chopped spring onions , this plate had never seen a dipper or even heard of one , burgers were ok Not cheap either for your average ding meals Restaurant staff , two training and it must have been their first day , young girl and a lad , with older woman watching them The room good rest pretty poor to be honest ,
"Comfortable and welcoming"
I rang ahead to explain about my accessibility needs and was delighted to be allocated a ground floor room close to reception. On arrival I was checked in by a pleasant, helpful and kind man who made me feel very welcome. My room was spacious, clean and had everything needed for my stay. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. I loved the muted lights in the bathroom, very relaxing. The location was ideal - close to the airport but quiet and easy to get to.
