"Comfortable and welcoming"
I rang ahead to explain about my accessibility needs and was delighted to be allocated a ground floor room close to reception. On arrival I was checked in by a pleasant, helpful and kind man who made me feel very welcome. My room was spacious, clean and had everything needed for my stay. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. I loved the muted lights in the bathroom, very relaxing. The location was ideal - close to the airport but quiet and easy to get to.

It looked as if this Premier Inn had just be refurbished. It was very nice and really handy for East Midlands Airport. The staff were helpful and pleasant and the meal in the restaurant was good value for money. Will use again

"A really good hotel"
I stayed here 3 nights for business purposes while working at EMA. I stay in hotels regularly for work and this is one of the best. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely equipped. The food was plentiful, hot and well presented. All the staff were really friendly & helpful. The only thing that you can’t control is the attitude of other guests and I moved tables one evening because of one guy namely Saddo McSadface who was moaning because they’d run out of a couple of items on the menu. Well done though Premier Inn at EMA I shall return.
