"Room ok food below par"
Room great , girl on reception great , Food : lots of items missing off the menu , wife ordered potato dippers , when it arrived it was a plate of anemic oven chips with bacon and a few chopped spring onions , this plate had never seen a dipper or even heard of one , burgers were ok Not cheap either for your average ding meals Restaurant staff , two training and it must have been their first day , young girl and a lad , with older woman watching them The room good rest pretty poor to be honest ,
"Comfortable and welcoming"
I rang ahead to explain about my accessibility needs and was delighted to be allocated a ground floor room close to reception. On arrival I was checked in by a pleasant, helpful and kind man who made me feel very welcome. My room was spacious, clean and had everything needed for my stay. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. I loved the muted lights in the bathroom, very relaxing. The location was ideal - close to the airport but quiet and easy to get to.
"Good start to the holiday"
It looked as if this Premier Inn had just be refurbished. It was very nice and really handy for East Midlands Airport. The staff were helpful and pleasant and the meal in the restaurant was good value for money. Will use again

The staff here are brilliant , especially Amy and Melissa, nothing was too much trouble and we will definitely be using this hotel again.
