Ashby De La Zouch hotel

A very comfortable stay and a friendly welcome, as always. Room and bathroom clean. Car park and outside areas look a bit tatty.

I booked two rooms and both suited our needs exactly. The access friendly room was ideal and was spacious for my family member with mobility issues. I asked for a quiet room not facing the motorway and this was provided. The room was clean and comfortable. However the standout for this hotel is its staff. Both Zach and Nicola went above and beyond in helping me with my family at breakfast. The breakfast was freshly prepared and good quality. I would definitely stay again.

Location is great. Bed was comfy. Rooms starting to look a little tired. But clean and tidy. No lift in the building so if you struggle with stairs then book an accessible room. They didnt have any downstairs rooms left when I visited so I had to use the stairs, which is a challenge for me going down. I didnt think to book an accessible room.

Was a very lovely stay the staff were very helpful and friendly chris in the morning at breakfast was good especially with the children the service was excellent and the food was fantastic especially the breakfast could not falt it at all it had lost to do by it we really enjoyed conkers would recommend it to my friends and family and would definitely stay again. Excellent hotel that benefits from an on site Brewer's Fayre. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The accessible rooms are just that. No issues fitting my wheelchair in. The staff a very friendly and helpful. Its great value for money. We use the hotel everytime we visit Ashby. Book with confidence. The on site restaurant is also great value for money. They were very good dealing with my Coeliac disease food requirements. The staff in the restaurant are excellent. Very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and dinner each day and the value for money is really very good. We will be back!
