The team from the cleaning staff to the manager was very friendly , helpful and professional.
The position of the hotel is excellent for the motorway system and equally a reasonable walk into Ashby.
Dining and the Bar area is more than adequate at very reasonable prices.

I visited the Breakfast Service and was serviced by a lovely lady named Grace. She was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very delicious especially the black pudding. Atmosphere was lovely and very quiet which helped me get my work done

Excellent breakfast service from Grace Warren and fantastic food! Everything was fresh, tasty and beautifully presented, and the whole experience was made even better by the friendly and attentive staff.
Nothing was too much trouble, and we were made to feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. The service was quick without feeling rushed, and the atmosphere was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and excellent service.

Amazing service! Rooms very clean and tidy! Restaurant can be a bit slow at evening meal but food still very tasty. Breakfast however is top quality, Grace is very welcoming and the service is incredibly fast! Location is very handy being close to the main road (A42) works very well for work trips. Highly recommend this hotel
