"Great staff, shabby hotel"
Great staff, shabby hotel. We've stayed here several times (my daughter lives in Measham) but this was our worst experience so far. Several items out of stock from Brewers Fare menu, we discovered that our duvet cover was badly stained with mould/mildew and duvet itself heavily stained too. Staff very helpful in replacing the dirty items and offering compensation, but can't really undo our bad experience - we won't be coming again - Premier Inn have totally uninvested in maintaining quality.

"Avoid in Warm Weather."
Massively hot room, and despite having the provided fan on full for the full duration of the stay didn't go much below 30 degrees C. The room is very airless and the window has restricted opening 'for your safety' . Very hard to sleep. The staff agreed that all the rooms were like this. Really not a place to book in the summer if the temperature gets about 22 degrees if you can avoid it.
No attempt made to cool the room before check in.

Very hot airless room. window hardly opens so even when it cools down outside at night the room remains very hot. Provided fan inadequate. Their good nights sleep promise badly broken. Clean enough

The stay was nice and quiet. Way too hot in the rooms. Went to make a coffee in the morning and the milk and coffee all separated which kind of ruined it at 150 quid a night.

Absolutely horrible experience. Room 127. The room from hell. I arrived on June 25th. The temperature in the room was 30 degrees. The gentleman on reception was at least polite, but that's it. Two fans and buckets of ice made no difference to the temperature in the room. The first night I had no sleep AT ALL. The woman on the desk during the day tried to blame me because i did not check whether it had air conditioning. This is ridiculous. What am i supposed to do? Bring a personal air conditioning kit I had brought (which incidentally has not been invented yet? ) Customers are entitled to expect the temperature in the room to be reasonable. This is NOT a luxury. The next day, the temperature was 31 degrees. The same the day after that. It literally made me feel sick sitting in this room. As far as I am concerned it should NOT be legal to charge anyone for this. Apart from the unpleasantness this temperature endangers the health of an older person, or a person with a chronic health condition. (I am a pensioner with a chronic health condition) . Any lawyers out there ? I would actually give it no stars at all if I could
