Preston South (Craven Drive) hotel

Location perfect for us visiting family nearby. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean, tidy and had almosteverything we needed. Good value for money. Only downside was that we would have preferred to have a bath rather than a shower in our room due to staying with two toddlers.

Welcoming, friendly staff in all areas. The best hot breakfast anywhere!! All areas spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds. Close to the motorway network, but no noise disturbance at all. Have stayed here before and would stay here again - highly recommend. Thank you to everyone.

My self and sister Pat Elliot checked in 23/03/26 for a 3 night stay rooms 312 + 314..it was aprox 9pm. At no point on check were we advised that you had to ask for your room to be cleaned / changed. As my sister had stayed a number of times didnt think about it. So nxt day and we got back late but no rooms cleaned or bed changed and thought it odd. On our last day/ night i asked about ropm cleaning and was advised to go ask reception..so i did and was told my room 312 and sister 314 would be cleaned. Came back around 10pm i discovered on going to bed my room had been cleaned but the bed was as i left it..not made..so 3 nights no bed change. I asked my sister if her bed was made up she said it was...why in that case it was her and mine 3 rd night. On check out i asked what had happened..and was told but only on check out that there was a minimum of 4 nights before you had your bed changed..but my sisters bed was changed on her 3 rd night but mine not changed AT ALL. I said how dissapointed i felt particually on the 3rd night to pull covers back and nothing had happened. On checkout they said we will look into it but nothing has happened as yet. I will be coming up to Preston again on business in a few weeks so i will take look at Holiday Inn for a place to stay...Comminication is Key. Regards William Wood.

Staying on a short notice the night as we were seeing family and didn't want to drive back the same night, it was all good, but I think the hotel needs to check if everything is in working order TV and towels etc for the booking numbers
