Preston Central hotel

From the minute we arrived Matt and Riman was very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us and with Matts approach he sold more than I think he realised we had a bear to help great Ormond street hospital which is an excellent cause and he said the bar is where we could relax once we had unpacked. Which we took up that offer of drink to unwind. The room was very clean and set up well for my family. The breakfast was excellent and everything fresh and was refreshed and replenished all throughout while we were in the dining room. We have stopped at a lot of premier inns and they s is the best so far. I don’t usually write on Tripadvisor but this was that good I couldn’t let this stay go by with out commenting.

First time staying in a Premier Inn. Ideal central location, very clean and surprisingly nice and quiet. What lovely staff especially Matt or Max I think his name was, a very pleasant & helpful chap. My husband loved the breakfast. We would definitely stay again.

I stayed here for a long weekend holiday with my family before my children went back to school. It is a very well kept hotel and the staff members were absolutely wonderful. Matt, who was super helpful with all my questions and queries and was absolutely wonderful with my children. Rimma, who was absolutely lovely and helped us with restaurant queries and finally, the lovely Alishba. Alishba was absolutely wonderful with our family and so patient with our order and my children, she has the patience of a saint and done her job so well regardless of the pressure she was under during service. We had an absolutely lovely experience mainly because of these 3 wonderful workers! The rooms we requested were interconnecting and we were provided them with no issues. We heard absolutely zero noise when going to sleep so this was an added bonus as in most hotels, there is usually noise so it was very pleasant. The rooms were very clean and the aircon was fabulous, especially with it being so hot outside. I will say that the breakfast buffet was a little cold but it was well stocked as was the continental items. I will definitely come back here for another weekend away as it was just lovely overall.

Has everything you need for a business stay. Reliable WiFi, friendly and efficient staff, a comfy bed and a working iron and board. You do get a very good night sleep too! The A/C was great too. Would return 100% when next in Preston. Exceptional value for money.

Location good for town centre and train station.. Filthy exterior but interior clean. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast options poor. I only saw staff at breakfast, they were very welcoming and pleasant.
