Lancaster hotel

What a gorgeous stay we had : rooms were lovely , so comfortable ; were lovely and warm too ; met Caitlin who looks after the rooms , she was lovely and friendly ; had a gorgeous breakfast on morning too ; totally recommend, we stayed in room 12

The hotel is located in 10-15 minutes ride from the center of the city in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. The atmosphere is very calm, refreshing. U can hear birds singing in the morning. There are many trees, plants and flowers in the area. The rest on the green color giving comfort to the soul. I enjoyed my room. It was enough space for one person. An amazing huge bed, a very comfortable chair, a few mirrors, various lights. The bathroom is ideal. I would enjoy one more chair and sleepers to walk after shower but these are not crucially important. I don’t know about the price of the rooms because I came from an organization which had paid for my collègues and me in advance. The bathroom was ideally clean. So was the bed and the rest of the furniture. Maybe, the carpet needed vacuuming and I would enjoy a clean window for a better view but again these small details didn’t affect my overall impression. It was absolutely enjoyable.

Stayed for one night before a tourist visit to a nearby power station. Hotel has great access from M6 and into Lancaster / Heysham. Staff in the hotel and the Brewers Fayre pub restaurant were really good. We stayed in a Premier Plus room which was clean, quiet and tidy. The only reason I gave the review three stars is that the Brewers Fayre is in need of a refurbishment (e.g ripped bench seat cloths had been taped down) and the breakfast was ok but was not as good a standard as other breakfasts I’ve had in many Premier Inns.

Stayed in Room 125. Second time staying at this Premier Inn and again found it to be clean and comfortable. Hair dryer, kettle, tea and coffee, including television provided in room. Bed linen and towels clean. Nice strong shower. The beds were really, really comfortable and we had a good nights sleep every night during our three night stay. All the staff we came across were really friendly and polite at all times. Great all round service and will definitely stay here again when back in Lancaster City.

I was pleasantly surprised at the spacious double room and the fact that the bathroom had a bath. They were both very clean. The room had a kettle and you can top up tea, coffee etc at reception. We found the bed comfortable and the room quiet. The free parking was very good although we had trouble finding the place as there was no hotel sign from the road. We found that the room got very stuffy at night but couldn't open the window due to the proximity of the motorway which was too noisy for us. The staff were lovely and the check out time of midday is excellent. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
