"An amazing stay âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸"
The team at the premier inn Chorley were fantastic and my husband and I were well looked after by everyone but Janine we spoke with on both days who is very cheery .we had the best sleep and I suffer from a chronic back pain .and slept so well
As did my husband I actually ordered a mattress pillows and all the bedding direct from premier inn @home ..the malthouse pub beside it is just adorable as is the surroundings in Whittle-le-Woods ..we sat outside for a few drinks at the pub as it was warm ..perfectđđź .great walks which we did and saw the barges on the water ..will be returning sooner than later .we had a fab time

"A Cheerful stay in Chorley!"
Premier Inn at Chorley North is a good hotel in a very pleasant location next to the Leeds to Liverpool canal and close to the motorways and Chorley town centre. I enjoyed the breakfast on the 3 days we stayed there and a big shout out to the breakfast cook who made me a portion of crispy bacon and brought it to the table! The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and helped us have a pleasant stay.
Only a lack of Air Conditioning stops this hotel from being 5 star in my book, the lack of air con is mentioned at the point of booking.

"Great stay with very comfortable beds!"
We stayed at the Premier Inn Chorley North hotel. We had a very nice stay! It was very clean and wonderful beds that were very comfortable! We had been traveling up from London and had stayed in several hotels and the beds were the most confortable so far! Great night sleep! We would definitely stay there again.

"Hotter than hell"
If it's more than 19 degrees avoid this place at all costs. The tiny window only opens 5cm so it will be at least 10 degrees hotter than it is outside and stuffy at all times - this is the theme throughout this sticky, stuffy place.
Bed and room size are fine but the heat makes it impossible to relax or sleep or cool down.
Shower pressure wasn't strong enough to wash my hair.
Wouldn't recommend.

"Avoid room 105 - 27.5°C & when outside is 19°C"
We have stayed at this Premier Inn every year while travelling home from England/France and have always chosen it because we trusted the brand. Sadly, this stay was completely unacceptable.
We were allocated Room 105, which was an unbearable 27.5°C on arrival, despite the outside temperature being just 18°C and raining. The hotel had already placed a fan in the room, which tells me they were fully aware there was a problem. The fan made little difference, and we endured a hot, sleepless night.
In the morning it was 19°C and cloudy outside, making the excessive heat in the room even more inexcusable.
When we raised our concerns, staff admitted that Room 105 has an ongoing problem because it is directly above the kitchen. If the hotel knows this room is unfit for a comfortable night's sleep, it should not be selling it to paying guests until the issue is properly resolved. Continuing to let a room with a known fault is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, Premier Inn's WhatsApp customer service showed little interest in our experience and offered no meaningful assistance. It's extremely disappointing that a company which promotes a "Good Night Guarantee" appears so unconcerned when it clearly fails to deliver one.
After many years of staying here, this experience has completely undermined our confidence. This hotel will no longer be our regular stopover. I would strongly advise anyone offered Room 105 to request a different room.
