"Amazing stay. Don’t let bad reviews put you off!"
Was dubious after reading several bad reviews. Just wanted a home from home after pendle witch hunting with our two little girls. Greeted wonderfully, checked in at 2:45. Room was massive, first floor. Plenty of space for the girls. Went for a meal in the adjoining restaurant - it had just been done up in the past few weeks we were informed. The girl who looked after us in the restaurant was called Chelsea. She could not be more accommodating to us all. Literally catered for everything. Had a lovely nights sleep, no noise even though our room was next to the stairs. Slept till 8:45 all of us. Went down for a lovely breakfast, staff again warm and welcoming. Had a great stop! Would recommend to anyone. Thank you again Chelsea! :)
"Hotel construction"
Hotel look lovely outside. I was very dissapointed to arrive at the hotel and realise we was staying in a construction site. It would have been nice to have been informed prior to my booking.
"Great staff that have to be mentioned"
I have been staying up here for 6+ weeks now. Krystal and Isabell have been amazing, both have gone above and beyond there pay grade. Tom in the restaurant has held the fort all by himself since the re-open, top chef… I feel he could do with some help in there though… Adam has been fantastic on front of house too, there’s nothing he can’t help you with…
"Exceptional staff"
A comfortable stay in a well run premier inn. The staff on duty were amazing, performing multiple roles - particularly the man on reception and serving in the restaurant. The service was exceptionally good. Staff were attentive throughout the meal and friendly throughout.

I would like to take the opportunity to say how hard working, polite and helpful Chelsea and Isabell was, there was limited alcohol and I watched them dealing disgruntled customer's very professionally while rushing about tending to everyone's requirements, it's great to see 2 young ladies trying to achieve an impossible task when the restaurant was so busy but kept there cool and carried on, the food came out great thanks to Tom the chef who was on his own having to keep the kitchen running. I know I would've given up but I watched on as Tom kept sending out great looking food with every dish. The 3 young members of staff are a credit to the Premier inn chain and I hope they get recognised for there outstanding commitment and hard work
