"Fantastic stay"
recently stayed at Premier Inn Burnley and wanted to say what an excellent experience I had, thanks to the outstanding customer service from the team.
In particular, I'd like to recognise Tom, who was working in the restaurant. He went out of his way to make sure I was served in time despite my work schedule and gave some excellent recommendations from the menu. Nothing was too much trouble, and his friendly, professional attitude made a real difference after a long day.
I'd also like to thank Sydney on reception. I had multiple bookings, and Sydney made every effort to keep me in the same room throughout my stay. That saved me the inconvenience of having to move rooms and made the whole trip much easier. It was a simple gesture that showed genuine care for the customer.
Both Tom and Sydney are a real credit to Premier Inn. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay a genuinely enjoyable one. Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to them—they're a great example of excellent customer service.

"Disappointed"
We were staying to do the Yorkshire 3 peaks. The room was comfy but air con went off in the night, the fan in the bathroom was very noisy and did not go off unless we took the keycard out. Only 1 tea bag for 2 of us and room cleaning was on request which we didn’t realise. With no way of drying towels this was not ideal. We had booked the restaurant but they had no chips or rice so abandoned that idea and went elsewhere. I stayed here before when it had a pub instead of the restaurant I remember this having a much better atmosphere. I found the restaurant cold and more like a canteen.

"Hotel review"
I would not stay in this hotel bed cover all mark.staff ok. The restaurant was not good only had set menu because they ran out of food I pay meal for 2 nite .for dinner and breakfast. So waste time pay all that money out u just go to the town get a meal .and no napkins wee had to use bathroom roll so would stay there again

"Good nights sleep, but needs to improve"
Positives first: great bed, comfy pillows and the blackout curtains are great. Mel on reception was her usual happy self.
Negatives: arrived and self check in didn’t work. Informed I would get a parking fine as the system wasn’t working to input the reg plate. Informed the restaurant had a very limited menu as waiting for food delivery. But at least it had its single beer option on tap. Room was tired and did smell a bit odd. Night 2, the kitchen was closed as the food delivery never turned up (some, but not all of it eventually arrived at 8pm) and the only beer option on tap had run out (again - did the same the week before) so it was bottles only.
Saving grace, the staff did their best to keep stocking the bottled beer fridge so they remained cold. And they provided free chips to everyone watching the football.
In general, it gave what it promises which is a good nights sleep. But I get the general feeling the chain is struggling and this is why limited deliveries are turning up and stuff keeps running out. It can’t be poor hotel management as this is all simple stuff that is probably on an automatic stock ordering system. Needs to improve or it’s time to find a more expensive but more reliable option.

"A great nights sleep"
I currently stay in Burnley three nights a week and when I stay at this hotel, I have no issues. The staff are friendly in the restaurant. They always ask if you have a allergy restaurant is queen and tidy. The car park is huge and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I can honestly say that the people at the front desk and in the restaurant have always helped me with whatever need I have recommend this hotel to anyone
