"Family 60th"
Had a request for a visting family member who's birthday it was . I asked if I could put some balloons, banner and bits in his room. It was no bother at all and very accommodating. I was met by a lovely girl who offer to take the things to his room and place them lovely. My family member was very happy with it ... Massive thank you to the team . Especially Keely-Marie who put the items in his room for me .

"Best choice for a stay in Blackburn"
Comfortable and very clean room, plenty of free car parking right across the road, great location in the town centre next to the cathedral, shopping mall, and rail/bus stations, had the meal deal for breakfast and evening meal, which was excellent value, all staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful.

"Horrible"
Stayed for 1 night booked a family room. Lady called Siam on reception When we checked in had a miserable attitude.
Our room was 403 on entering the room Our bathroom had a very strong odour of Urine there was short black hairs stuck on bathroom tiles and the shower spray had very less water coming out of it...very unhygienic!!
Paid £71 for 1 night wasn't worth it at all!!

"A top class Premier Inn"
I have been to a few Premier Inn hotels over the years but this one is possibly the best that I have experienced. Cracking location just 100 yards or so from Blackburn Railway Station. They had some fancy online checking in system in the reception. A friendly member of staff showed me how to use it. I stayed in room number 111. It was upstairs. There was a lift and stairs. The room was large, comfortable with a nice ensuite. The shower was over a bath complete with a shower curtain. A screen would have been better rather than a curtain which can cling to one's body. There was complimentary tea and coffee in the room. There was a big double bed and a single bed in the room. An incredible view of a car park was also on offer. The more expensive rooms on the opposite side of the hotel have a nice view of the cathedral. I booked the "meal deal" which included evening dinner and breakfast for about £26 I think it was. I thought that was good value. The meals were served in the hotel's own restaurant. The choice of food was excellent and there was good friendly service. They looked after my bag for a few hours after I checked out in the morning. That was very handy. The hotel is a fair old walk to Ewood Park - perhaps half an hour, and that involves some uphill walking. All in all, a very enjoyable stay in this Lancashire industrial town.
