    "Conveniently located to explore Whitstable and surrounds"
    The Premier Inn Whitstable Hotel is conveniently located close to the town centre and a great base to explore Canterbury and the surrounding areas. We had breakfast both days and were very impressed with the selection of food available. The hot breakfast was replenished regularly , as were the pastries, breads etc. There was also a really good selection of tea, green and fruit teas available. My advice would be to book in the time you would like to have breakfast when you arrive as the restaurant area itself is fairly small. Our room was comfortable and clean and there were two big fans in our room as the hotel has heating by no aircon. The carpark gets busy but we managed to find a space on the two nights we stayed. If you haven’t been to this hotel before you turn into car park for the disused pub called The Long Reach Tavern and drive passed it and the Premier Inn is on your left.
    "Not so good experience"
    I have used premier inn several times now around the country, this was by far the worst hotel yet, especially as the beefeater side of the restaurant was closed down and the so called in-house restaurant only had small selection of meals and had I have known this I would never have booked this hotel. I also think that that the standard of the rooms has slipped, bathroom not very clean, bedroom looked a bit dingy, also we could hear the people in the room above moving around all the time.
    "Welcoming"
    Welcoming staff, easy check in. Clean aired room. Clean sheets and towels. Good facilities. Comfortable bed, extra pillows if required. Good choices for breakfast. Enjoyed our 4 day stay.
    "Rooms were filthy and hot"
    We stayed at the Whitstable Premier Inn for two nights in August. The room was filthy there was old food on the floor, wrappers under the bed food stains on the bed. There was a stain which looked like dried blood or excrement on the sheets of one of the beds. The staff were all lovely and friendly and did come to change the sheets. I found my toddler with a bit of fried food in their mouth and they gave me an earing. It is not the consistent standard you expect of a Premier Inn. This Premier Inn does not air conditioning we were provided 2 fans but the room did not get below 27 degrees whilst we were there.
    "Great staff"
    Had a really lovely time in Whitstable staff were brilliant, especially Edward and Alla. Great service super helpful and great with the kids. See you again soon.
