    "Amazing customer service"
We stayed at whitstable premier inn and although the room was quite hot the staff made it a lovely experience. One lady in particular was outstanding, her name is Julia and she works in the restaurant. Her attention to everything was amazing and her customer service was outstanding. She made the whole dining experience perfect and I cannot rate her highly enough. Thank you Julia, they are so lucky to have you.
    "Disappointed"
Was disappointed with our stay as we were booked into a room above the kitchen and the constant noise of the banging of the kitchen door was horrendous. It shook the bed every time in banged. Went on at least until midnight then started again at 5am. Do not get room 106 as you’ll be kept wide awake from the banging!! Breakfast was ok apart from not cooking enough at any one time and having to wait for eggs to be cooked. Just cook enough in the first place!! It’s as if they were frightened of food not being eaten. Mugs were dirty aswell. Cutlery, sauces and salt and pepper not replenished and were empty on most tables. Disappointing stay in Whitstable Premier Inn so won’t be returning but definitely preferred the Herne Bay one.
    "Whitstable prem Inn"
Needed. Toilet brush in the loo. Light bulbs in bedside lamps . People with young children need to be accommodated on the ground floor. Had two nights being woken at 5 30 by children above stomping about. All clean . Good breakfast close to Whitstable Town centre.
    "Great for a family break."
We had a great stay at the Premier Inn in Whitstable. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable — everything you’d hope for from a Premier Inn. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. There was a mix-up between my sister and me about the length of her family’s stay — they thought they were booked until Sunday, but were actually due to check out on Saturday. Premier Inn staff handled the situation brilliantly. They called me to check on the belongings left in the room, and were able to swiftly amend the booking so my sister and her family could stay an extra night in the same room. It saved a lot of hassle, and we were really grateful for the excellent service. All in all, a very positive experience — we’ll happily stay again.
"Stay somewhere else when visiting Whitstable"
Booked this Premier Inn. Aware that the hotel was not in the centre of town but thought no problem as website had photo of adjacent pub (The Long Reach) and other websites had mentioned that there was a “grill restaurant “. I should have read the small print and other reviews. However think that Premier Inn should change the photos and ensure other websites are updated as this is misleading. On checking in we were advised that the pub had closed down a year ago! There was only a Starbucks and a Costa on the nearby shopping centre- staff advised that the nearest pub was not walkable. We ended up having a meal in the “Social” onsite. Staff were friendly but there was a pathetic choice of food on offer - and the room (which is used also for breakfast) was certainly not conducive to a convivial evening. The room and bathroom was clean but the net curtain (see photos) had seen better days. On switching the side lamps on by the bed, we found that there were no bulbs installed!! Spoke to staff about it. They said they would “have a look” but ultimately they had no replacements. So had to turn on the main light to go to the loo during the night😠 The main issue for us ‘though was the excessive temperature in the room ( was in the high 20s ). The opening window was restricted and the fan provided did nothing to cool the room. We left after breakfast next day (which was good). Disappointing- stay somewhere else!
