Whitstable hotel

The staff at Whitstable Premier Inn are very friendly and helpful. One of our party became ill and Bradley and Stephen were brilliant in handling the situation. Stacy, Kelly and Amelia are all very welcoming and made our stay very relaxing.

Whilst the accessible room was okay, it was a long walk from Reception to the room. There was no offer of assistance. Another downer was the fact that there was no Restaurant although they stated the Social was good. It was okay at Breakfast. Evening meals were just microwaved rubbish and a very limited selection. The Bar ( if you can call it that ) at The Social was rubbish only overpriced lager at £5.99 for a bottle. Even the Coke was overpriced too. I loved Whitstable and will go back but will not be staying at the Premier Inn. The standards offered are really sub-standard. I regularly stay at Premier inns and this is by far the worst one ever

We had a lovely stay the staff were brilliant especially Amelia, Stacey, Bradley,Stephen & Kelly , plus the value was great & rooms comfortable

Loud building work above our room, finished reasonable time, but woken early by member of staff setting off smoke alarm accidentally. Returned back to bed, just in time for building work to start again. Raised complaint with reception, and phoned Premier inn, to be informed this does not qualify for the "guaranteed good night's sleep" promise, and told sorry there is nothing else we can do. Not impressed

Rooms could be cleaner but the staff were wonderful. Kind helpful and very friendly. Good parking for all and a very convenient location.
