"Disturbed Sleep!"
Unfortunately, the young lady on check- in was unfamiliar with computer software used. My Wife and I experienced disturbed sleep, due to noise from the team room opposite. Mainly, the door being opened and closed! Not a great stay for one night!

I booked a room for the 29/8/26 was very well looked after by Alison was greeted by a very nice warm Wellcome I had asked for early check in which wasn’t a problem I thought my customer experience at Pembury road site to be very good so thank you Alison for looking after me so well room 17 100/100 stars Xxx

"Great staff in a tired Hotel"
The hotel is looking rather tired and in need of refurbishment. Unfortunately there is also no air conditioning whatsoever. The reason for the 5 stars is the staff - particularly Lucy on reception - she gave us a very warm welcome on our arrival and offered really helpful advice on taxis and things to do locally. Thankyou Lucy.

Arrived to find a heap of rubbish in carpark and the two bins near the hotel door overflowing with food rubbish. We had booked for three nights but only had one towel, when I asked for another I had to threaten to check out if we didn't get one. Whole hotel tired and in desperate need of refurbishment. On leaving the bins out side were still over flowing. The pub next door was ok but seems to attract some colourful characters!!

Rude check in staff didn’t have any awareness of breakfast arrangements with establishment next door would not go again Premier Inn becoming increasingly bad value for money
