Swanley hotel

A nice hotel with ample parking but we were disappointed with our room. The water pressure was so low and this was evident when trying to shower or flush the toilet especially - so much so that the cistern would not fill and the toilet blocked. The tv was very temperamental also and so that was also another issue. Not many staff anywhere to help and when mentioned on leaving were apologetic but not interested in customer service. A pity as this is a nice area and easy to get to the 02 and the Bluestone Shopping centre but I feel not really very family oriented.

if you want service with a smile dont bother staff quite rude over priced and no effort to help customer when feeling tired after a long journey

Recently stayed at the Swanley primer inn for a wedding. Unfriendly front desk staff and the majority of the time no one was there. My 1st time staying at a primer inn, so feel like he should have asked me that question at check in, then could have answered any questions I had or informed me of what I needed to know like how to use the light key and working the shower. Breakfast service was awful, I’m gluten free and when I arrived and informed the lady about my allergy, I asked her if everything stated on the menu they had available in stock for that day as I appreciate you can’t always due to stock levels, but she wouldn’t check until I paid! Therefore, the only thing offered that I could have was toast and drinks for £8.99! (Was a very small packet of nut and fruit muesli which I don’t like) complained then was offered anything off the cooked breakfast menu that I could eat on the house. Drinks weren’t labelled, wet floor, hardly any staff and not that friendly. Had to book a table and time the night before, yet took an hour for the cooked breakfast to come out (wasn’t busy) My room was nice and clean however other guests were noisy at night, opening and closing doors loudly at gone 11pm and walking past my room chatting. Found the room quite expensive (standard room) not the best shower and the look out the window was filthy gutters. Sadly, doesn’t give me much encouragement to book and stay again

Room was lovely and clean Friendly staff Breakfast was good. We left 1 of our belongings in the room and I phoned reception and the lady on the phone was really lovely she found our belongings thank you to the lady on reception on 29/5/26

Our first visit back to Premier Inn at Swanley since the recent refit and Inclusion on Premium rooms that we booked. A lovely clean and well furnished room. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Really happy that there was is now a night stand on both sides of the bed and loads of easily accessible plugs on both sides of the bed. Will definitely return.
