"A good one"
Great service with a smile and nothing was trouble Adina was great. Nice room being a plus room. I don’t usually do reviews but this was a good experience so I did the review
"Lift out for three months"
We stayed here in February and were on the second floor and unfortunately the lift had just broken. Flabbergasted that we are here again in June and it’s still out. No warning when booking, do you care about customers ?
"Spotless room"
A lovely spotless clean room, very quiet and just what we wanted. Nice welcome, but bit of a hiccup as we were given a room that was already occupied! This was rectified and we were happy with our room. A good night's sleep, found the duvet a tad heavy, so had to rack up the air con. Lovely shower, very happy will use the company again
"Nice clean room, comfy beds"
Room No. 2 was a nice size, clean and tidy, well presented with comfortable twin beds. In these days of environmental awareness why oh why do we have to use air conditioning instead of having an open able window? We couldn't get the tv to work either. I cannot recommend the optional breakfast The Bull next door was dissapointing
"Wedding guests to nearby wedding"
Very helpful receptionist despite it being almost 1am. The room was lovely and clean, very comfortable beds. We had some wafer biscuits and a tin of mints left for us which were very appreciated. We had a coffee and some wafer biscuits before bedtime. Would definitely stay here again.
