Swanley hotel

Absolutely stunning the room was lush the aircon was worth its weight in gold the bed was sooooo comfy just all round enjoyed it. Breakfast on the other had will give it a miss next time wasn't nice at all staff was miserable food ran out table not clean and other guest just sumed up the area!

We found our stay very enjoyable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that slightly let it down was the time in which it took to clear the tables in the restaurant during the evenings, we also noted that on the Saturday evening a table was cleared and new guest taken there without the table being wiped. The breakfast team were great very efficient and friendly and the food was both hot and tasty

Good room, clean with good wifi. Staff pleasant and welcoming. Evening meal was average- egg was runny even though I particularly asked for it to be well done. Had to wait a fairly long time for a replacement. Breakfast was good as a normal Premier Inn type.

We had a lovely and comfortable stay at Premier inn Swanley. The staff were great, very helpful and attentive. The hotel is very clean. Having a restaurant next door to the hotel was very convenient and food was really good. We will definitely be back.

A nice hotel with ample parking but we were disappointed with our room. The water pressure was so low and this was evident when trying to shower or flush the toilet especially - so much so that the cistern would not fill and the toilet blocked. The tv was very temperamental also and so that was also another issue. Not many staff anywhere to help and when mentioned on leaving were apologetic but not interested in customer service. A pity as this is a nice area and easy to get to the 02 and the Bluestone Shopping centre but I feel not really very family oriented.
