Sittingbourne Kent hotel

Now I'm really peed off as just wrote this review&then it disappeared off your system, so here goes again Myself&my Son stayed on the 26th &27th of August, I've never stayed in a room so hot in my life, it was that hot I thought I booked the hotel Swedish Sauna,on the first night after trying to get some sleep even resorting to sleeping on the floor as we thought it might be cooler (of course it wasn't) we ended up going for a long walk at 4am to cool down,when we got back from our walk we told the lady on reception who was so lovely &helped as besr she could brought us another fan &offered us a complimentary breakfast but as we got less than 3 hours sleep we didn't make Breakfast &we were shattered for the wedding, the next night was pretty much the same ,totally dissapointed &angry ,we've all seen your Premier Inn adverts where it highlights the fact you're guaranteed a good night's sleep I mean your logo is someone sleeping on the moon well let me tell you Myself&my Son almost slept under the moon,I would based on our stay recommend Premier Inn to family or friends or anyone else for that matter ,totally engaging, frustrating stay, absolutely Shocking

I stayed for two nights and would never recommend this hotel. My room was exceptionally hot and the room fan placed by the window that barely opened made no difference. Unfortunately, the hotel is also next to a busy railway line and main road, meaning that keeping the window open resulted in significant noise. I therefore barely slept on my first night. There also appeared to be very little provision to help guests cope with the exceptional heat. On the second night, my room was still 28°C despite the outdoor temperature being around 21°C. I would have expected some practical assistance, such as fans, chilled water or ice. The Brewers Fayre experience next door was equally disappointing. I had paid in advance for meal deals after reviewing the advertised menu. On Sunday, the food was very poor, with the starter and main bearing little resemblance to the menu images. The restaurant was tired and tables were sticky. The coleslaw served with my "Cowboy" burger was so unpleasant that I was concerned it had gone off. I recognise that some individual issues may be relatively minor, but collectively they made this a very poor stay.

Terrible. Old and extremely basic. The brewers fair for food is dreadful. Sticky tables , sticky floor freezing cold, very loud and Tlterrible music and the food frozen in the middle. Shocking. Gross clientele too.

No buffet breakfast at 7am when it opened. Could do with am earlier breakfast from 6am. Every recent stay at premier inn seems to get worse in general.

I was given an accessible room because they said that was the only room available. On getting into the room, the bed was very small, not the size of a double bed but a bit bigger than a single bed. Two of us could not sleep on it comfortably, so we asked for a spare one but were told there was none. The room as no air conditioning in this hot weather, we only had a table fan on the table. We asked if we could get a refund and look for another hotel to stay at. We were then told that it's gone past 1pm which was the refund window time, we had no choice but to cram ourselves on the small bed until the next morning. I was not able to sleep, i was just watching the tv till it was daylight. My one night of sleep out and rest was destroyed by Premier Inn, I will not be using them ever again.
