Being regular visitors as we see family in the area, we were met with the usual cheerful and friendly welcome. Good safety measures are in place and all the staff were very helpful, as always. Looking forward to our next visit.

"Great value"

Great value for my overnight stay. Only complaint would be the bathroom fan was noisy when switching light on. Stayed in room 33. Very clean and staff helpful. McDonald’s next door and a restaurant. A pleasant stay.

We stayed here to visit our granddaughter for a cupple of days, its lovely and clean the staff are very helpful, the only thing is there is no air conditioning in rooms, there is a fan to use but a little noisy.

"Friendly and helpful stay"

Last minute booking to see family in the area. Met at reception by a cheerful man who went through everything and advised us what to do. Explained all of the Covid related procedures and could not do more for us, including some extra pillows! Booked and paid online so no transaction to complete but room was usual good Premier Inn standard and overall it was a good stay. Would happily revisit when back down visiting family!

Second time of staying here. Friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms and very comfy bed. Felt Covid protection standards had been adhered to, although some guests did not put masks on when leaving the inn, maybe a reminder on the inside of bedroom door would help? This is excellent value when comparing with other hotels, inns and lodges around Sittingbourne. I certainly recommend this place,
