    "Great Place with Wonderful Staff"
    The Premier Inn in Tunbridge Wells is a great place to stay. The rooms are big and comfortable with reasonable amenities to make everything smooth and easy. The restaurant choices are great and the breakfast is excellent with lots of choices. The staff at the Premier Inn made our stay extra special. From the welcome and check in, to the restaurant service and the check out farewell, everyone was so friendly, kind, and helpful. We would particularly like to extend our thanks to the manager, Cheryl, who was extremely kind and helpful, and very warm and caring. Also, Alice and Olena who served us at breakfast and fimmer. They are great at their jobs and lovely people who really care for the clientele. We thank them so much. Chef Calvin made us some delicious food to complement the wonderful service we received. We highly recommend the Premier Inn, Tunbridge Wells. Great location, nice hotel, and lovely and helpful eople.

    Lovely location and the staff excellent. Bianca in particular is the standout, and made my week staying here with work rather than being at home far more bearable. Very chatty, polite, considerate and friendly and she literally is the person running the show. Give this girl a well deserved pay rise/promotion 💪🏼

    Large clean rooms, close to town and the train station! My kids and I thought breakfast was amazing with Chloe and Olena full of smiles. Dinners were very tasty too, Bianca and Lucy were absolutely lovely. Would definitely stay at this Premier Inn again :)
    "Comfortable & Clean but…"
    Clean hotel & comfy beds. No staff around to help with checking in. Complicated process when trying to self check-in for two separate rooms in one booking. Eventually a helpful staff member sorted it. But the most annoying thing about this stay was that the hotel (including our room) ran out of toilet paper! The staff were apologetic but this sort of thing should never happen at a hotel, especially a large chain like Premier Inn.

    Had a lovely stay at the hotel. Was greeted by the loveliest member of staff Bianca who was very helpful in checking us in. We ate in the restaurant the first evening and Bianca was also our waitress, very bubbly and funny yet professional of course. Linguine and steak were absolutely amazing! Hats off to the chefs John and Nyeem. Hotel was very close walking distance to town where me and husband went for the night, lovely bars around. day two was just as pleasant, staff memeber Chloe helped with directions as the wifi was down in the morning and had Biancas hospitality again in the evening😊 a very pleasant stay. Food food, reasonably priced drinks. Quiet room. Clean. Such comfy beds
