    "Great stay!"
We recently enjoyed a wonderful two-night stay at the Premier Inn in Rochester, and it truly exceeded our expectations. We booked two rooms for three kids and two adults, and we were pleasantly surprised to find the family room equipped with two extra beds in addition to the double bed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy environment for our family. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also appreciated the good breakfast, which set us up nicely for our busy days. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can't wait to return for another stay! Highly recommend!
    "Avoid restaurant"
Restaurant was awful. Waited 30mins for main meal after waiting 15mins to be served, a further 20mins for additional drinks and 45mins for 1 desert. Ordered chicken curry for one of the main meals and was given chicken goujons with curry sauce on top with a little rice. Only + point was getting money off at the end after complaining. Will go elsewhere for food in future as use this hotel fequently.
    "Pleasant stopover"
The Premier Inn always can be relied on to do what they say they’re going to do! Rooms are of a good standard and the beds are super comfy. Nice position just outside of town with great view over the Medway. The staff were all really friendly, but perhaps a bit stretched on a Friday night, there didn’t seem to be many around.
    "Very bad for disabled parking.."
Very clean comfortable room. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars but, as is usual the Blue Badge spaces are used by commercial vans and vehicles with no blue badge. I cannot get in and out of my vehicle in a normal parking space so, the Disabled spaces are precious to people like me. Sadly the staff have no control over disbled parking despite warning notices..I would suggest clamping...Maybe a charity could benefit from the fines.. So,if you need a disabled space you have to be there by 4pm and if you want to drive out in the evening you would either have to arrange a lift or,pay for taxis as you will not get parked upon your return due to ignorant drivers misusing the spaces...Staff would not ask misusers to move as the car park doesn't belong to premier inn..
    "Wonderful Staff"
The hotel is ideally located for entertainment and easy access from the motorway. What I liked: All the staff we met were wonderful. They were so friendly and helpful. For example, I have to use a stick to walk and one of the bar staff brought our food up to our room for us because we got back late and I didn't want to keep my 11 year old up in the restaurant. Normally, you have to go back and collect the food. I found that really kind as I would have really stuggled to carry a tray and use my stick safely. The bathroom as clean and the towels were good. The shower curtain was old fashioned but clean. The loo was spotless! Ther bed was adequate but not as comfy as Lenny Henry would have you believe! That may be me... I like a softer bed! It's also quite high up so, again, with mobility issues I found it a bit of a struggle to get into. What I didn't like: The only criticism I have is that each time we went to eat (breakfast and dinner time) we had to hunt for a clean table. I think the poor lad who was working the breakfast shift one morning was on his own, trying to keep up with wiping the tables before the next person arrived. Everything else was lovely and we will be back!!!
