Rochester hotel

We live in margate so not to far away. But this is our place for a night away. Everything you need in one place.

Stayed here many times, visiting family nearby. Great location and always a warm welcome. We upgraded to Premier plus this time which made the stay even better. There is occasional train noise at the back, but other than that it's very quiet. Lovely view over the river at the front. Nice short walk along the riverside. Great value for money, and an excellent night's sleep.

The best Premier Inn stay we have ever had. Our Premier room was completely upto date and must have recently been renovated as had lots of plug sockets and a phone charging pad built into 1 of the bedside cabinets. It was also spotless in the bedroom and the shower room. (Step in shower with Great water pressure with both rain shower head and hand held head) Great location along the river, good parking and abit of outdoor seating. Close to a pub and cinema/bingo hall too. We had a lovely walk all along the river while there as thankfully had good weather! All the staff we came across were so nice, helpful, polite and actually knew what they were doing/talking about! The best hotel staff I’ve come across in the UK let alone Premier Inns!!! Had some interactions with housekeeping too who were also very helpful with extra coffee and towels. The hotel lobby and public toilets were clean and tidy. Restaurant was nice and the staffs customer service was again brilliant. Breakfast was AMAZING! We stayed 2 nights for a wedding and I was excited for my second breakfast half way through my first! Lol!!! All fresh and again nothing was too much trouble for the staff. You can order eggs whichever way you want as well as scrambled and fried at the buffet. The coffee that’s included with the breakfast was also fabulous- which was a shock for both of us!!! Sure I’m forgetting something but I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Really love staying here so local for us when meeting family the hotel is always clean with a warm welcome. Was my first time of self check in but that was self explanatory. Breakfast was a little slow in filling up the empty shelves but think they were short staffed that day but we definitely didn't go short.
