Chargeable limited on-site parking is available at the hotel, managed by YourParkingSpace. Parking entrance is situated on Terrace Road ME16 8HU. Please note parking operates on a first come, first served basis at £9 per 24 hours. At check-in, you will be provided with a discount code for parking to be used daily. Alternative parking is available nearby, just a 7-minute walk away at Lockmeadow (Barker Road, ME16 8SF). The rates are as followed: Monday – Saturday, between 8am and 6:30pm prices are: up to 1 hour – £1.00, up to 3 hours – £2.50, up to 4 hours – £3.50, up to 5 hours – £5.00, over 5 hours – £6.50, free parking from 6:30pm to 8am and free parking on Sundays.

"Consistently Excellent"
I’ve been staying here for a while whilst working away. Without fail the service is great, everyone is always really attentive and work hard to make sure everything is of a great standard. I believe the hotel was refurbished not so long ago and you can really tell. It’s very quiet, rooms are very modern with the added bonus of great air con! Premier Plus rooms are really great and I always try to book one for the added touches of a fridge, coffee machine, iron & ironing board. I’ll be staying for a while yet and thanks to the great team, I won’t be looking anywhere else. Great work Charlene, Paola, Angela, Dominika, Crystal, Richard, Reece and Aidan 😊
"We were very warmly welcomed by Richard. The beds as always were very comfortable and we had access to extra pillows."
Great place to stay. Conveniently situated near our son’s. The beds are comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean and fresh. The only problem we had was the people in the room next door were extremely noisy talking at the tops of their voices and laughing loudly until after 1:30am, but the situation was dealt with by the gentleman on night duty.

Standard quality of food very poor, example rubber chicken, another chicken tasted like fish, calamari was like a bowl of chip ends very very poor. Cocktails where advertised in rooms and the wall, however when ordered was told they where not available in that hotel mentioned it was advertised in different rooms was met with a very blunt and rude response (MALE STAFF) i then asked for a bottle of J2o which is on the main drink menu and yet again was told that hotel does not offer those

A warm welcome and assistance available 24/7. Helpful and polite staff, clean rooms and comfy beds. Paola in particular was always very helpful.

Excellent value for money. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Came out on arrival to help with discount parking. Lots to offer on breakfast, even at busy time there was enough food and drink for everyone. Nice seating area outside
