"Helpful staff: Julianne and Karen"
Karen at the hotel helped us very much with booking a night there at the last minute - she held the price for us and was really straightforward and kind. Julianne at Farnham Premier Inn was even more helpful - she really went out of her way to help and explained our options clearly to cancel the second night at her hotel before 1pm and rebook with Maidstone as an independent booking. Lovely woman.

"Amazing staff and PI customer service"
Stayed last night and arrived to find out that I had booked Wednesday instead of Saturday night. This was due to being emotionally all over the place after hearing about a family suicide. Hence on our way to France to be with family. Not only was the lady on reception last night wonderful, we have just spoken to customer service who refunded the first night no show. Without needing to. Without a fuss. I love Premier Inn even more than I used to and will now book always.

For the fourth year running we have stayed here for the festival .... the staff are friendly, helpful and happy ..
The rooms are clean and comfortable
The beefeater is as good as always
But the staff in the hotel make it the pleasant stay it is ... thank you

Suzanne on the reception desk was so welcoming and kind. The room was lovely and my daughter was very happy with her little activity pack and present. Comfy beds, really - a lovely stay.

Lovely friendly staff, good attached restaurant, quiet, could not hear the M20 road and very clean. The electric fan ion the room was great as there was a heatwave on
