"Lovely hotel. Great staff"
I have stayed mutiple times now and always enjoy this hotel. Abby on reception is lovely, she remembered me from last time and helped me with my heavy bag and made sure i havd a nice comfortable, quiet room.

Terrible wifi. Which is a shame, because I really like Premier Inns. All i ask for is a decent shower and decent wifi. I can't watch a Youtube video at midnight?

Had to travell up to stay for a sad occasion, however my stay was made better by Abbie on reception who helped us get in earlier and gave us everything we needed. She left a nice card and drink in room too which i didnt expect, but appreaciate!

The team here are the best. I was greeted by Adam when I arrived and it made me feel like I was 'home'. The restaurant has improved over the last 6 months and the rooms are always spotlessly clean. Excellent value for money!

Everything was very good. I stayed here for 3 or 4 times. Cleaning and staff and cooperation Everything was very well.
But the box they give which filled with milk tea bags and sugar. They should add some green tea bags. And they should put 1 or 2 tissue box in the room. They just have tissues in the washroom. But they should have in the room as well. Otherwise my experience was good. Recommended from my side
