"Would make a good Halloween building"
Absolutely agree with the review from April and nothing has been done.
It’s the most depressing place I’ve been to in a long time. Dirty, person behind counter (certainly not a chef) didn’t have a clue. Couldn’t poach an egg!

"Worst Premier experience ever!"
I want to stress, I have stayed in many Premier’s up and down the country and always had a good experience. Also, that any staff I met were friendly. However that’s as good as it gets. The lock on our door didn’t work. The room was dirty, particularly the bathroom. My daughter was staying in the opposite room and she found a dirty towel under her bed! The water ran intermittently!! We were offered a complimentary breakfast, which we were grateful for. However the restaurant is in what can only be described as a derelict Beefeater!! The place was rancid; it smelt and looked dirty. Every version of the hot food was cheap. Terrible experience overall

The rooms are very dated, very worn, and damaged.
The rooms are clean but where everything is worn and damaged it takes away from this.
The tea station in reception was missing items to top up. Carpet it worn and thorn throughout. There is not passenger lift within the place so if you’ve got heavy cases you use the service linen lift.
There was limited staff when we stay which meant they had to shut the restaurants for breakfast and dinner meaning we had to find other alternatives. The rooms are very over priced for what’s being offered, we paid £134 per night for one of the most run down premier inns we’ve stayed in.

"Excellent as always"
Premier Inn is my 'go to' hotel as the consistency is always there so you always know what you're getting...
The Rainham (Kent) hotel is no different.
Excellent accommodation as expected, comfy bed as expected and courteous staff.
All said, everything was just what I wanted.

"Excellent Staff"
The hotel is well located, providing a good base to travel around the area. The staff are excellent, and their performance goes a long way to mitigating the obvious issues being experienced by the business. Massive investment would be needed to improve the infrastructure of the hotel, but that is not likely to happen because at some time in the near future, it is due to be closed down.
