"Restaurant feels dirty"
We stay at Premier Inn several times a year all around the UK so have a fairly good idea of the standard level of service and accommodation. Rainham (Kent) is our second worst experience (second to Stevenage). Whilst the hotel meets the usual standard, the restaurant is beyond tired. Had we not booked the meal deal, we would not have eaten here. The 'chef' handled food without any apparent hand washing before or after. The carpets appear dirty. The furniture is dire. It feels dirty. Outside the building has not been maintained. Dog pooh on the decking. Picnic tables suitable only for firewood. This is an absolute four lettered word hole. Never again.

"Do not stay here"
Stay in Premier Inn's a lot for work and never wrote a review. But laying here after being awoken by a delivery to their hotel, to end a miserable stay here. Loud music being played for sometime by the lorry driver collecting laundry. After 10 mins of listening to this at 10 o clock went outside to get some fresh air (AC was pointless in the room), couldn't get out the hotel for a while as said lorry driver had blocked the exit with laundry trolleys. Waited ages at reception for someone to actually check me in on arrival, no lift, hotel is very drab and tired and beefeater restaurant was closed (it was 6 o clock) next door but wasn't told by reception even though had a meal deal thing booked through work as part of package. Now laying here with the window open as AC is rubbish (room is very warm) listening to every boy racer and moped with massive exhaust racing up and down the road. Will be cancelling second night and looking for somewhere else. Amazing how the consistency of premier inn's vary so much, this is certainly one of the worst stayed in.

"Premier Inn Rainham"
The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well, but the breakfast completely ruined our stay. There was no hot breakfast, only a very limited continental option. As a diabetic, I couldn’t eat almost anything because it was all carbohydrates. The staff were dismissive and not very pleasant.
The juices looked old, and even my son — who normally drinks two or three glasses of juice in hotels — refused to drink them. I only had a coffee and a croissant and later felt unwell.
We were entitled to three breakfasts at £10.99 each, but received a reduced £8.99 continental breakfast with very poor quality and no option to take anything for my other son. We usually have great experiences at Premier Inn, but this time was very disappointing.

"Thank you Louise!"
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had a fantastic stay and wanted to give special recognition to Louise, who made my experience truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout my stay.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but it was Louise’s outstanding customer service that really stood out. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made me feel valued as a guest and turned a great stay into an unforgettable one.
Thank you, Louise, for your dedication and excellent hospitality. You are a real credit to the hotel, and I look forward to returning in the future.

"Terrible restaurant experience"
Booking reference - AZH4661236.
We booked 2 rooms with a hot breakfast included. We visited the restaurant the night before and booked a table for 7 people for 6.30 am. The staff said it was all booked. We arrived for breakfast at the allotted time only to be told that the restaurant didn’t open until 7am. We discussed the booking with a very unhelpful member of staff. She said we could sit down at 6.45am but there was no hot breakfast available due to staffing problems. We had a long journey in front of us so this was very disappointing. The member of staff who dealt with us was very unhelpful and was almost aggressive towards us. The selection of continental breakfast was very poor with not a lot of choice so ended up only having a coffee and a croissant as there was not enough food available for everyone. We paid for a full English breakfast and received a poor continental breakfast in its place. Not good value at all. Our first choice of hotels is premium inn and this experience has made us wonder if we should book any more or change to another hotel chain.
