"No Available Restaurant for family of guests"
My sister who is disabled stays here regularly. I too am disabled but when we decided to spend an afternoon together in the bar, it was closed and we had to wait till 5pm until it opened. The receptionist curtly informed us that there had been alot of changes with restaurants closing and had I not seen the news. Well no I hadn't. So we had limited hours together as we were told guests of guests could not eat. I guess youll be losing alot of money then cos loads of locals used to come and eat. We were advised to go to another pub, which although was close, I was unable to walk to (Id already paid a tenner for a taxi) and the other pub had limited level access inside and was a noisy sports pub. So this means my sister and I can only enjoy a meal together if we go elsewhere. Totally ridiculous. Looks like you're all geared up for the guests but not the family they've come to see.

"Clean, comfortable but let down with the restaurant"
Overnight stay en route. Hotel itself was ok for one night, clean and comfortable. However the restaurant was very lacking. Staff were few and far between although tables were kept clean but the floors were littered with food around the tables. The menu was also lacking, I ordered fish and chips to be told there’s no fish due to delivery problems. I understand Premier Inn is undergoing a huge change as far as the restaurants are concerned so they need to alter the menus accordingly. Breakfast was ok but as is normal for P Inns, the eggs seem to have been sat there for hours, they were solid. I asked for two fresh ones and was very quickly given those from the kitchen. There was no fresh fruit salad, someone else also questioned this. The restaurant itself was dark and dreary despite it being a bright sunny day. Just think the whole company needs a freshen up otherwise it’s going to drop to the standards of other budget hotels.

"Avoid"
Whilst the room itself was okay, the unbearable noise coming from within the hotel was bad enough to ensure a terrible nights sleep. Add to this the extractor fan in the bathroom sounding like a foghorn, and I’d highly recommend avoiding this site!

"Worst customer service"
Called weeks before to ask for rooms next to each other as disabled parents need support. Upon arrival not only were we not next to each other we were 2 floors apart and on opposite sides of the hotel. This meant that attending to their needs became very difficult.
Their room (206) has a very strong smell of damp. Our room (16) had a flickering light and dirty sheets.
I went to the reception with all of our concerns. The man on the desk said that there was nothing he could do and that it was not his normal hotel. Very bad customer service and we will not be staying again.

"Excellent"
We arrived Saturday 1st August to check in to this hotel when we arrived we was assigned room 118 by Byron when we got to room their was an issue within our room and we reported this back to Byron he then had a look at changing us room he then went out of his way took us to check the 2nd room was good for us then placed us into room 3 on ground floor then again unfortunately after we moved into room 3 again I then plugged my phone charger in and the whole electrical system went off and we then again had to be moved room. Byron then after the 2nd time of moving us 3rd time the room was perfect for us after he had already moved us 2 times also he had made the bed up for us in the first room and then offered again to make it up for us again which we said to him no that’s fine we il make this bed up. But we cannot fault the customer service in which Byron had given us and did for us during our stay thank you Byron your a pleasure to be welcomed by at the Priemer inn Gillingham buisness park thank you.
