Gillingham Business Park hotel

In past I have love premier inn’s and prefer staying at premier inn’s to other chains! But since the closure of adjoining pubs the knock on effect is starting to question my choices. It’s not the staff there great but when customers are trying to boost the staffs morale there is something severely wrong. The staff are rushed of there feet the hotel receptionist has been running back and forth to help out and they can only do so much! I ordered my food more than an hour ago and I’m still waiting!!! Someone in head office needs to be sacked save premier inns and the adjoining pubs/restaurants and give your guests back the reason they loved to come here and stay

I stopped for 5 nights my room wasnt cleaned once! The staff at the restaurant were lazy and constantly dissappearing

Far to few staff. One (very good) staff behind the bar. I expect only one cook. Evening meal of the chicken curry was slow delivered (many other were complaining). Chicken curry was really curry soup, and tastes OK, but unappetizing.

Room was ok but as it was just above reception you coukd hear all the noise of people gathering outside to chat at a late hour and i even asked reception to have a word nothing was done and as windows are so old they dont shut properly. I didn't sleep properly for the 3 nights I was there. A very noisy hotel as in a busy roundabout so if you want quiet this hotel is not for you

Restaurant is on it knees, only opens after 5pm for guests only, staff moral is in the floor, feel sorry for them as they are on bare minimum levels of staff. Don’t think the loos has been cleaned properly Rooms are average, all a little tired
